How do I pay by check?
1. Go to www.iknowuganda.com and click on the subscribe link.
2. Enter your information and submit.
3. Select Pay By Check under the payment options on the next page. An email with the directions for making your payment will be sent to the email address you supplied.

Write your check in favor of I Know Information Services Limited and send an email to us informing us that you have sent the payment. When your payment is received, your account will be activated and an email sent to you with your account details.
How do I pay by access code?
1. Buy your access code
2. Go to www.iknowuganda.com and click on the subscribe link.
3. Enter your information and submit.
4. Check "I have my access code" and enter your code and click on the Subscribe button to register. You will receive a confirmation page and an email with your account details will be sent to your email address.
5. After completing the subscription form and clicking on the subscribe button, you will be able to login instantly!
How do I pay by credit card?
1. Go to www.iknowuganda.com and click on the subscribe link.
2. Enter your information and submit.
3. Click on the Pay By Credit Card button under payment options on the next page. You will be directed to the paypal secure payment system to enable you pay by credit card.
4. An email will be sent to the email address you registered if the payment was successful.
Can I have a free trial? And how do I cancel my subscription?
1. Yes. You can have a free 14 day trial period. After which, you will be required to subscribe to continue accessing the subscriber only information. Click here to register for a free trial period.
2. Also note that information on how to cancel your subscription is included in the email we send you confirming your payment. You can also send a blank email to unsubscribe@iknowuganda.com and you will be unsubscribed.
How do I login ?
